DELIVERY

Jersey - FREE click & collect option Mon - Fri OR a flat rate of £3.95 (FREE when you spend £100)

United Kingdom – Flat rate £5.95 (FREE delivery when you spend over £100). United Kingdom means any address with a valid UK postcode including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands.  Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.

Europe (EU) – Flat rate of £12.99 regardless of the value or number of items ordered, or FREE when you spend £100. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For Service, and will typically take 3-7 days.

International - Flat rate of £15.99 regardless of the value or number of items ordered, or FREE when you spend £100. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail International Tracked Service, and will typically take 3-10 working days.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

We will e-mail you when your order is dispatched, you can also track your orders, if you require a tracking number, email us a tracking number request and we will email you a tracking number.

TAXES

Please note that all items shown include local taxes and tariffs (Jersey and UK only). We do not charge European sales tax. This tax will be due at your point of entry if it is withheld by Customs. If you are unsure about your local taxation charges, please check before making your purchase so there are no nasty surprises!. RETURNS POLICY

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, simply return your item(s) to us in their original condition* within 7 days of purchase for a complete refund. If in Jersey, you can also return your goods to the shop within 7 days. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by email. Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned within 7 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in original condition with all packaging, you will receive a full refund. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers to use an insured delivery service. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund postage costs.

Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make up, deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with original tags, and with any enclosed documentation

Note:  Please note that we do not accept sale goods for return.

* Note:  if your order has qualified for free shipping and the cost of your returned items take you below the free shipping threshold,  your refund will be given minus the shipping cost for sending the item to you.


E-WALLET AND HOW IT WORKS

If you have any credit on your account the balance is shown in the 'my account' section of the website. It will show as 'available e-wallet funds'.  The amount in your e-wallet will be deducted off the total order value at checkout.  If the amount in your e-wallet exceeds the total value of your order, the balance will remain in your e-wallet for future use.


LOST GOODS

Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until 14-21 days after delivery. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods by this time, please contact us. We regret that we cannot issue a refund to you until the loss has been established.
